And lucky are those who haven’t faced yet deteriorating of their health, since they still have time to change thing for better.
First of all, think of what you eat. Forget about sandwiches, hamburgers, chips etc. and give preference to such plain food like vegetable salads, fish, white meat, dairy products and fruits. Indeed you will find out that there is plenty of healthy and at the same time tasty food which will not destroy your stomach. Start drinking more water, fresh juices and herbal teas instead of instant coffee, coke and beer. Alcohol and sweet fizzy drinks are not only harmful for your health; they are also a source of empty calories which you certainly do not need, if you take care of your shape.
Than think of regular exercises. Just count how much time you spend sitting in front of you PC. And do not complain that you have too much important work which should be quickly done. Remember all the time you spend in chats, reading blogs and playing online games and just thoughtlessly browsing the Internet. These are numerous hours. If you had spent at least one third of this time in the gym you would have felt much better and your muscles would have been strong and toned up. So, maybe it is high time to switch off you computer and rush to the fitness center?
